Learn to temper, dip, mold, and decorate like a chocolatier. Our small-group classes are welcoming to every age and skill level — no experience needed, just a sweet tooth and a sense of fun. Seasonal workshops mean there’s always a new creation to master.

About Christina

A neighbor with a passion for chocolate

Christina Nixon has called the village of Oak Park home for decades. A classically trained chef and regarded pastry chef and chocolatier, she has spent a lifetime perfecting her craft — and chocolate has always been her first love.

She refined that love in some of the world’s great chocolate kitchens: studying the fundamentals of chocolate and confectionery at FERRANDI Paris and completing the Callebaut Chocolate Academy Masterclass in Belgium.

Chocolat by Christina is her way of sharing that passion with the community she loves — one bonbon, one class, and one celebration at a time.
